Abstract

In this paper we show that the recently detected superluminal neutrino motion, which now is believed to be the result of a possible technical fault in the experiment, can alternatively be explained by the absence of the gravitational mass of the neutrino, and as a result, an absence of its interaction with a gravitational field. The neutrino velocity theoretically predicted in this paper is in full agreement with the experimental data obtained by the OPERA collaboration. The conducted calculations also predict a significant anisotropy of the neutrino velocity measurement depending on the direction of the Earth's motion relative to the Galaxy, which allows for the validation of the obtained results.
